| Description of the problem | In 2010 the rear sun screen would bind when you tried to retract it, hyundai replaced the part since it was still under warranty. It was approx. 2 months later the same thing happened, in 2014 it happened again. Talked to hyundai about giving me the part and i would pay to have it installed, didn't happen. I told hyundai that i felt it must be a design flaw because it has broken 3 times in four years and once again the response was there was nothing they could do for me. Maybe hyundai shouldn't produce cars with sun screens in them since it seems like they can't get it right, and is having trouble admitting the problem is their fault. |
