Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2006 hyundai azera. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number :13v354000 (suspension). The contact took the vehicle to john amato hyundai of milwaukee (8301 n 76th st, milwaukee, wi 53223) where they applied a waxing application to the suspension to prevent corrosion as stated in the recall. A few years after the recall was performed, the contact stated that while driving at 45 mph, the left rear spring detached from the vehicle without warning. Due to the failure, the contact had the vehicle towed to an independent mechanic where he was informed that the rear cross member had failed. The contact then called the dealer that performed the recall and they stated that they would inspect the vehicle however, they declined to cover the cost of the tow to the dealer. The manufacturer was then notified of the failure and a case was filed. The vehicle remained in the possession of the independent mechanic and was not yet repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 170,000.
