Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2006 hyundai azera. While driving approximately 30 mph at night, the low beam headlights failed to project properly. There were no warnings prior to the failure. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer and they adjusted the headlights, but the failure continued. The contact was very disappointed and frustrated to know that there was no resolution to the headlight malfunction. He stated that there was a design defect in the headlight assembly.
