Description of the problem	When attempting to start the vehicle, it locks me out for 10 min, i had it happen two times in a row where i couldn't start it for 20 minutes and was late for work. I have been suck in -20 degree weather with my child. This is an on going issue, and there isn't an error code that pops up when i had it checked. This needs to be fixed!! There is no way to tell when it is going to happen, therefore it has made it very unreliable and has put me and my family at risk.
