| Description of the problem | I own a 2005 hummer h2 and a problem developed with the windshield wipers. They will work intermittently and at times continuously also the washer pump runs continually . Dealer said corrosion caused the problem. The only way to stop the wipers and pump is to remove one of the fuses. The dealer said to fix the problem would cost approximately $250-$300. This problem started slowly and progressed to be a constant issue. I noticed that on the nhtsa website that the 2003 hummer a similar problem resulted in a recall of over 13000 vehicles are other h2 owners having this problem. *dt |
