Description of the problem	Starting in october 2013 my speedometer has not functioned properly. It does not display the correct speed no matter how fast or slow you are going. It is either stuck at 0 or bottoms out over 120. I have no idea how fast i am driving unless i use my portable gps that shows speed. If it wasn't for my gps then i could get into an accident or get a ticket because i would not know how fast i am going. This is a manufacture defect as i am not the only hummer owner with this issue. Gm needs to fix this problem asap.
