Description of the problem	Driving thru a heavy rain storm at 50 mph in the left lane of a three lane highway and the windshield wipers stopped working at about a 1/4 of the way up... Pulled over as soon as i could ... Did not panic... Could not reset wipers... Had to drive home off the highway for 30 miles with no wipers... Thank god for rain-x on my windshield... Googled h2 recalls and found # 08243 from gm on 9/9/2008 for the exact same issue... Called gm and was told that my vin number was not part of that recall even if it was the same issue??? Sorry, nothing they can do... Wtf thankfully there was no crash but it could had been a mayor crash...
