Description of the problem	2019 honda crv exl. Received recall notification for possible airbag failure due to metal burrs in steering column. Contacted honda mall of georgia. They were aware and referred me to honda corporate. Filed a case and was told they would contact me within 2 days. Case # 09698729. Honda rep asked me to contact other dealerships in area for warranty repair. Parts not available. Contacted honda mall of georgia again. Waiting for service manager to contact us. Honda should cover a rental because of the airbag safety and lack of parts. We need the vehicle to be safe or an alternate provided.
