Description of the problem | The shift gear/shaft button fell apart/broke off all of a sudden, while car was in motion. This rendered the vehicle inoperable as you cannot shift gears. I was unable to figure a safe solution while diving. After talking with others apparently this manufacturer defect is happening to crv owners. I contacted honda and their reply was that if it is not under warranty they are not responsible for repairs. My concern is that if this occurs while driving it can cause an accident and or serious injuries. |
