Description of the problem	Our 2017 honda crv exl has a climate control issue when temperatures get below freezing and the problem gets worse as the temperature lowers. The vehicle engine will not warm up and of course the climate control will not warm up the vehicle cabin. The only way we can get any heat inside the vehicle is by circulating inside air but when you do that,the windows fog up and of course you have to use a rag to keep fog off windows. Honda will not acknowledge theres a problem. This is a dangerous situation because most of our driving is town driving and windows fogging over is a constant problem when circulating inside air.
