Description of the problem	I was a victim of a head on collision on 3/19/2020. I suffered a broken leg and numerous bruises and contusions as a result of the collision. After i was transported via ambulance to the emergency room for treatment and surgery, my car was towed and then assessed by insurance inspectors as "totaled." i was driving on a city street going 35 miles an hour when a saw a vehicle coming towards me veering wildly from one side of the road to the other. The weather was sunny and dry at the time. I remember wondering at the time of the accident why my front air bag did not deploy. It surely should of, i would think, and maybe would have prevented my broken leg.
