Description of the problem	The 12 position electric drivers seat adjust by it self. This vehicle does not have driver 1 or 2 memory seats. After the driver seat is adjusted the car is driven and parked. Upon returning to the vehicle the back of the drivers seat will be in a different position than it was when i exited the vehicle. This is intermittent issue and happens maybe every 3 or 4th time in the past year. On two separate occasions after entering the vehicle and starting the vehicle, the back of the drivers seat will adjust forward pushing the driver forward towards the steering wheel. This is a concern especially if it were to happen while driving down the highway.
