| Description of the problem | While i was driving on a city street arriving to my work place in my cr-v 2015 honda, my rear window all of the sudden exploded. It was very scary. Good thing that there were no one in the back seat because glass went flying. I called the american honda and my honda dealer same day of the incident. I am very disappointed how they handled this issue. They should be paying for the repairs and documented it as well. But apparently is the driver responsibility to pay for the damages and report the issue. |
