| Description of the problem | Vehicle vibrates during mild acceleration in the 2000rpm area. Steering wheel visibly shakes. Have taken car to dealer and spoken to american honda. At first, they said there is no fix for the issue yet. Now they seem to have shifted their response to "this is a normal characteristic". If i had been told this before i bought the vehicle, i obviously would not have bought it. This is an unacceptable problem for a $32000 car. I can imagine the depreciation from this will be substantial. I asked american honda for my money back and was told they would not do that because it is not a safety issue and doesn't affect the operation of the vehicle. |
