Description of the problem	The seat belt has never retracted correctly, it is slow and when removed it just hangs at the side and out the door frame. I took it to the dealer on 16 jan 2017 and they said it just needed the guide cleaned and charged me $2. 47 repair order. This car had 21,450 miles on it. This did not fix the seat belt - i wrote it in their review. I received a call from the service manager and he ordered a seat belt re-tractor. I returned to the dealership on 21 jan 2017 and seat belt was replaced. This did not fix the problem - wondering if it was even replaced?
