Description of the problem	I have a customer that has a 2014 honda crv (vin provided) and 2 years ago we replaced the rear hatch outside handle. It would not open in cold weather. It failed again and we replaced it again (no charge to the customer as it was the same problem as before). Honda only warranties their parts for 12 months. This is a know problem which is fixed with a new outside handle. It seems to me this is a safety concern as there in no way to get into the rear cargo area from the outside without this outside handle working. Honda has refused any to help in any way.
