| Description of the problem | I was driving on the interstate 90 when all of sudden eps( electronic power steering), vsa( vehicle stability assist) failure and low tire warning light came on. Steering became very hard to turn. When i took the car to dealer after one day of analysis they told that alignment of one the front tires was very off. Even though it is an warranty issue they refused to honor it and blamed me for bumping the vehicle. I called honda customer service to report the problem. After one day some one from honda customer support called and repeated the same thing which dealer told. My only concern if the eps failure was the issue but instead of addressing issue they just tried to escape. |
