Description of the problem	The headrests are totally uncomfortable in my new cr-v. I've had to purchase a lumbar support & neck rest (pillow), in an attempt to solve the horrible design of the seat/headrest. It's tilted too far forward & if i attempt to rest my back into the seat, my head is bent forward. No adjustment is able to fix the problem; it only goes up & down. The chevy traverse (which i rented a few months ago) has a perfect headrest. I was able to adjust it up/down & backward/forward!
