Description of the problem	Vehicle grinds on cold startup, every single time. Vehicle also rattles on acceleration. Took it to mechanic and was told timing chain and vtc actuator needed to be replaced to the time of well over $2000. After research, i have seen that this is an ongoing issue with all 2014 honda crvs but honda has refused to take responsibility for this issue. This problem leads to engine failure and honda is continuing to build these vehicles with defective parts. The technical service bulletin out does not take responsibility. I am asking that honda establish a recall for the vtc actuator and timing chain to prevent resulting engine damage from these defective parts.
