Description of the problem	During cold winter months in michigan, there is a grinding noise for about 2 seconds when first starting the vehicle. Took it to honda dealer and they contacted american honda who told them that this was a "normal problem" with cr-vs apparently due to the oil pump not functioning properly. American honda was contacted and was told that they are aware of this problem but have not indicated any solution.
