Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2013 honda cr-v. The contact stated the headlights provided inadequate lighting. The contact stated that whenever the low or high beam head lamps were engaged, they would distort the night vision of the roadway. The manufacturer was notified and they informed the contact that the headlights could have possibly been a design flaw. The approximate failure mileage was 100. The consumer purchase a pair of brightest halogen bulbs and not the low beam lighting is adequate.
