Description of the problem	Engaging the honda cr-v high-beams on a dark road drastically diminishes visibility immediately in front of the vehicle and out about 25 feet. While the high-beams illuminate street signs and tree tops a great distance ahead of the vehicle, close-in lighting is dangerously lacking making for unsafe driving conditions.
