Description of the problem	I drove my car as usual on nov, 15, 2019, went home, and parked in the drive way of my house. But on nov, 16, 2019 around noon, i started my car, and the eps indicator light was on from my dash board, the steering wheel is very tight, very heavy, can barely turn. I can easily cause incident from it.
