Description of the problem	2012 honda cr-v headrest - when sitting with my back completely against the car seat, the top part of the headrest is pitched forward at such an angle that it forces my head forward regardless of the height of placement. In order to correctly align my head with my spine while driving, i have to sit forward. This is not a feasible position. I am 5'10" tall and i already suffer from cervical spine problems without this headrest creating more!!! I did not realize the situation with the headrest until i'd had the vehicle for about a week. I called the honda customer service number 1-800-999-1009 on march 2, 2012 at approximately 12:50 pm e. S. T. To complain. Their representative told me she would make a note of my complaint and pass it on to the design team. She stated that nothing could be done at this time to fix it. The only solution i could find was to turn the headrest around and attach a cushion to it in case of an accident. These headrests may have been designed to fit current safety measures, but one side does not fit all!!
