Description of the problem	Seat belts on vehicle have insufficient tension, fail to retract fully when taken off. Seat belt latches then get caught between door and door frame, thus causing door to close on them and risk bending or breaking them. This has also caused an indentation in one inside door frame where the "door closed" button contacts, thus causing the car to think the door is still open when it is closed. Major safety hazard if the belt latches become bent or weakened by the stress of repeated door closings.
