Description of the problem	Very loud rattle/grinding at startup. It happens always when the engin cold and more frequently just sitting for an hour. Honda knows about the problem. It is caused by the vtc actuator. They have a tsb but no recall. Eventually a serious injury will happen. This has been happening since 2013 after it was taken to honda. They did not repair it, after that the warranty ran out.
