| Description of the problem | With 28,000 miles now on our 2011 crv that we bought new all 4 tires were worn out with 13,550 miles on them, and had always had a very slight front end bump. After replacing all 4 tires the bump was so bad we went straight back to the tire dealer and tire pressure and balance was rechecked and was fine the tires are firestone. At 100 miles on the tires we went back and had the tires rechecked and rotated with no improvement in the bump. The honda dealership could only say the original tires were a very soft compound as the new ones are a better tire and does not ride as soft. This dealership has since changed owners and there is no record of them checking the car. He crv exl now has 25000 miles and tires are wearing great but still have the bump. |
