Description of the problem	The engine makes a rattling (grinding) noise during cold starts. The noise only occurs when the weather is cold <50 degrees f and only when the engine is cold. The noise does not occur when the weather is warm and the engine is warm. The noise is most likely stemming from the vtc actuator.
