| Description of the problem | Takata recall: honda usa insists that a driver continues to drive a car without fixing a passenger-side air bag once a driver-side air bag is replaced. I have to drive with my family in my car time to time. Honda must provide a rental car for customers until the passenger airbag is fixed. I called the honda usa three times; their case manage never called me back since last week. |
