Description of the problem	While driving on the nys thruway southbound on a clear, dry day, we were about to exit onto exit 13n when a speeding sedan cut us off before we could exit and we had to steer the vehicle back onto the thruway. The 2009 honda cr-v went out-of-control and we weaved over 3 lanes of traffic and hit the cement median, bounced off and hit it again. The vehicle was totaled. In addition, the passenger front safety bags partially deployed and side bags did not deploy at all. My husband and i were ambulanced to the emergency room. I suffered numerous bruising and abrasions to the chest. He suffered massive bruising and 4 broken ribs. There is definitely a steering issue with the 2009 honda cr-v and should not be rated a safe vehicle. We had previously leased a 2006 and had no issues with that model.
