Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2009 honda cr-v. While driving 20 mph, the contact t-boned another vehicle that ran a stop sign. The air bags failed to deploy and the driver's seat belt failed to restrain the contact properly. A police report was filed. The contact was transported to the hospital to be checked for chest and back pains; however, the x-rays came back clear. The contact experienced muscle spasms and soreness across the chest and bruising to both feet. The vehicle was towed to the local body shop and the body damage was repaired; however, the seat belt needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not declared destroyed. The dealer was not contacted.
