| Description of the problem | Takata recall: received notice of recall from honda march 2016 stating a letter would be sent when parts are available. July 2016, received 2nd letter from honda again stating a letter would be sent when parts are available and "suggesting" that i avoid having front seat passengers until the repair is performed. 4-5 months passed between issuance of the 2 letters; how long am i expected to avoid using my front seat?? There have been reports that the air bag danger is more imminent in areas with high heat/humidity. I live in southeast louisiana. Shouldn't these repairs be expedited??? |
