Description of the problem	The 2008 honda crv has issues with the power steering system. ~3 years after i purchased the new car, i was told by honda express service that the power steering fluid level was low when i was doing oil change. But the dealership couldn't identify a leak. When the vehicle was 6 years old, the leak finally showed up, and the whole rack&pinion needs to be replaced. Of course, the fluid is flammable. The slow leak doesn't show up till a certain amount has been gathered, which makes it a fire hazard not easy to identify. Dealer says it's a common issue, but honda never admitted it, not to say a recall on the problematic seal.
