| Description of the problem | The headrest pushes forward much too far and is causing pain and tension on my wife's neck and back. Also there is no lumbar support on the passenger side and she is extremely uncomfortable in this car. When we contacted honda we were told that there are no remedies to fix this. Because of this we would never buy a honda again unless they changed these issues. We just bough this one and are very unhappy with the lack of comfort and the inability to even purchase an alternate headrest or to be able to choose a seat with more back support. The headrest and seat should be adjustable to fit the consumer's stature and comfort level. |
