Description of the problem	In line with the recent mazda recall for yellow sac spiders found in the evac canisters, my honda cr-v had the same problem. Apparently, this is a problem that has affected honda accords in the past because honda has issued a service bulletin on installing a special filter for honda accords to prevent the spiders from entering. However, no such bulletin or part exists for the honda cr-v. As such, after paying nearly $100 at the dealership for them to diagnose and remove the spiders, there is no guarantee that this can't happen again because they did not add a filter to prevent spider re-entry. At the minimum, these spiders with their resultant webs can severely limit gas mileage. At the worst, a fire or engine failure can result. I petition that honda issue a recall for honda cr-v's and cover the labor and parts costs for placing a specialized filter to prevent spider re-entry.
