Description of the problem	I have been the only owner and bought my 2008 honda cr-v brand new. I take my oil change to honda dealership thinking they would advise me if there was something wrong with my car. Also, to help ensure i do preventative maintenance with my vehicle. I live in texas and it gets very hot here. I never had any problems until now, when the weather starts getting cooler. I started hearing a "clicking noise" whenever i turn my wheel to the right, especially in a cold morning. It didn't use to make that noise whenever it gets hot in the afternoon. But then, the past couple of days the noise is now pretty much permanent. I tried taking my car to the dealership, i have 44k on it. But they want to charge me $75 to do a diagnostic test. I asked them if they can waive it since i've been a customer for the past 3 years. They wouldn't budge. Needless to say, i went to another dealership to take a look. They said i needed to replace my rack and pinion. My car is pretty brand new, i had high hopes when it comes to honda vehicles. I've had a honda accord and an acura tl in the past. For some reason, my honda cr-v is having a lot of mechanical problems. The steering wheel is a safety issue.
