Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2008 honda cr-v. In may of 2016, the vehicle doors locked without warning. The contact had to reach their hand through the passenger side window and open the door from the outside. Once they exited the vehicle, the contact could not get the doors to unlock even with the key fob. The contact had to call roadside assistance to help unlock the doors. The vehicle was taken to honda of kirkland (12420 ne 85th st, kirkland, wa 98033) where they replaced the driver side door lock actuator per service bulletin number: 14-083. A year and a half later, the same failure occurred on the passenger side. The contact paid to have the passenger side door lock actuator replaced. Furthermore, the contact stated that the rear driver door would not lock. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer and the contact was informed that the warranty had expired. The manufacturer was contacted and was unable to assist. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 120,000.
