Description of the problem	On 4/24/2011 at approximately 9:15 pm my 19 year old daughter was traveling on the hwy in arkansas in her 2008 honda cr-v at a speed of 70 miles per hour. She had a collision with a deer and her airbags failed to deploy. Her seatbelt restrained her from hitting the windshield. This is the second time she has had a hit with a deer and the airbags have failed to deploy. The vehicle has sustained major damage this time and is not operational due to engine and body damage. She has suffered bruising and a stiff neck due to the impact. The arkansas state police was contacted to assist her, but they never showed.
