Description of the problem	Recently on the visit to honda dealer for air bag recall replacement the service advisor told me that my rack and pinon steering on the vehicle was leaking. I was surprised as the vehicle has been well maintained and not abused. It also has less than 98k on it. A search online shows that numerous other honda 2008 cr-v owners have noted a similar problem and this seems to be a common occurrence on this model which i believe warrants a recall for honda to repair at their expense. Failure of this part would lead to sudden loss of steering and i feel this is a safety issue. Complaints by other 2008 honda crv owners regarding this issue can be found at is this issue being escalated to a recall? Steering failure should be considered a safety issue of the highest priority.
