Description of the problemIn the last two weeks, suddenly the door locks won't remain open after opening with key fob. The door locks will open for a second or two, but then automatically return to the locked position. Appears to be an electro-mechanical malfunction with the electronics and locking actuators. This occurs on all doors (front and rear, including tailgate door), in all scenarios (engine running; engine not running; door open; door shut; key in ignition; key out of ignition). In addition, the door lock/unlock buttons on the door panel will not unlock manually.... It's like the door lock button is stuck in the locked position. It takes a great amount of force to unlock the button, but then it automatically returns to the locked position. Have been unable to locate source of problem. This is a real safety issue!
