Description of the problem	I am not sure if you can help me. However, my complaint is with desert honda of las vegas, nv (702) 369-3099. I took my 2006 honda crv for major service, and they did not properly tighten the left lug nuts on my vehicle. I was able to catch this oversight in time before i drove the car any distance. However, this was a potentially fatal mistake that they shrugged off, and i'm sure have forgotten by now. *jb
