Description of the problem	The seat belt locked in an open position upon impact, causing my father injury to his chest as he was impacted upon the steering wheel. I also don't understand why the driver airbag did not deploy; the forceful collision caused the frame irreparable damage. This vehicle was deemed a total loss. I asked that a representative from american honda corporation take a look at the vehicle while it was located at three (3) different locations. They ignored my request. The complaint number that i was assigned by american honda corporation is #n012007-07-2300426. As far as i am concerned, this has not been resolved.
