Description of the problem	I have experienced multiple headlight failures over the past 2 1/2 years, almost all on the driver's side. I have had it to the dealer multiple times and despite this, the headlights continues to burn out. Last time it was "fixed" it burned out the next day. Last fall, i had both lights burn out which is extremely dangerous. After an on-line search it is clear that this is a pervasive problem which has not been adequately addressed by either the dealer or the ntsb.
