Description of the problem	I have a 2006 honda crv se that the low beam headlights keep going out on. I took it to the dealer to be fixed, and they said it was a exposed wire going to the fuse box. I continue to have the problem though. My drivers side went out a month ago again, and then came back on for a week. Then the drivers side lights went out again. I went to leave work last nigh, and now both low beams are not working. I have contacted the recall department, and they tell me i have no open recalls on my car. I paid $400 less than 8 months ago to fix this, and now i have a worse problem. The dealer says i'm past my warranty on the repair, so i will have to pay to have them look at it to see what the issue is. I am also having an issue with all lights inside and out strobing and pulsing. I have read many people having this. This is a huge safety concern, and my next step is to call the nhtsa to report the problem. I am urging anyone having issues to call the honda recall line to report the problem. They will not do a recall to fix the problem until they have enough complaints. This was my first honda as i am a toyota girl, but i decided to give them a shot. I don't think i will be looking at honda's next year when i go to do my trade in. I have had more problems with just the headlights, and other lights in my car that and had not issues at all with my last toyota. This is a safety concern and needs to be corrected.
