| Description of the problem | After the headlight bulb has been replaced numerous times, the right (passenger side) low beam headlight no longer lights. The bulb has been replaced with new, the old bulb is completely intact (filament as well as glass- no burned marks at all), and the fuses are not blown. The internet is full of complaints about this issue, and in fact honda has recalled 550,000 previous pilot and cr-v models for this failure. Seems the wiring harness is too short, and disconnects the low beam headlights. This is a clear safety issue, and is not due to owner error. Thank you. |
