| Description of the problem | On may 8th, i drove my 2006 honda cr-v home from a restaurant. I traveled about 25 miles per hour in my neighborhood. My honda cr-v suddenly shut off engine and restarted itself. The vsa light, check engine light and one more light came on. I was so scared. On may 10th, i took my car to honda dealer to be checked out. They told me that the vehicle stability assistance (vsa) system failed after i owned the car for four years and at 45000+ miles. Dealer told me it cost $2300 dollars to replace the system. I did not accept it. I asked dealer and america honda corp. To help. Finally they agreed i paid $725 dollars for the entire repair. |
