Description of the problem | The a/c stopped working in my 05 honda crv. I took it to my mechanic who said that my a/c compressor blew up. Something he called. Black death. The cost to repair this would just about exceed the sale price of my car. After researching this it appears that this is a very common issue for honda crv a/c systems. I cannot find a recall however where honda has accepted the blame and agreed to put out a recall and fix it for those of us dealing with this. Can you tell me if this is something that may be looked at by those that monitor recalls, and if so are there any plans to start a campaign or recall for this issue? Thank you for your time |
