Description of the problem	The brake rotor on my honda crv 2005 is defective. It looks like steel is not carbonated evenly and there a some pieces that do not wear off. Those peaces are beating on the break pads and are the reason for a safety concern. I took car to honda, but was given some absurd diagnoses, i. E. Rear disks have rust marks on them, due to low mileage. Fyi: my car has 16,000 miles on it. I spoke with the management, but they refused to take a closer look at it.
