Description of the problem	because the brake pedal (when depressed) is lower than the throttle (gas pedal), my foot has hit both the brake and the gas at the same time causing the car to lurch forward on three different occasions, . I have taken the car to the dealership for this problem twice and been told that there is nothing wrong with the car, therefore nothing they can do. I feel that this is a real safety issue and could cause a serious accident. Please advise as to what my next step, if any, should be ???
