Description of the problem	Takata recall - i was stopped attempting to make left turn and was suddenly hit from behind causing me to hit a parked car in front of me. Airbags did not deploy and i consequently hit the front windshield. Car was taken in 9/2015 to replace airbag. Have been receiving recall notices right after accident for airbag. Attached is the paperwork for 2015 recall and accident report from this year. Recall notice for 2016 is on phone.
